The monthly plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. The Pro Yearly plan is billed once a year, and the Pro 6-Month plan is billed every 6 months and renews until cancelled. Lifetime Pro is a single one-time payment. Cancellation and billing details will be confirmed at checkout when plans open.

Pro includes the full XPadite toolkit: the Activity Time Tracker & Planner, productivity calendar and streaks, performance analytics, Advanced Task Manager, Mind Mapping Canvas, journal notes, reminders and more.

Premium is everything in Pro plus XPadite AI — the AI Coach, AI productivity insights, AI plan & journal-to-task conversion and AI-powered Motivate Me. Premium is coming in XPadite V2 and isn't available yet; AI features are not included in any Pro plan. Join the Premium waitlist to be first to know.

Yes. XPadite is a Progressive Web App (PWA), so you can install it on both desktop and mobile — just like a native app, with no app store required. Open XPadite in your browser and use its install option (or Add to Home Screen on your phone). A dedicated XPadite mobile app is also planned for the App Store and Google Play.

Lifetime Pro (CA$249) is limited ONLY to the first 100 customers. It is a one-time payment and includes the full Pro feature set. AI features are not included and require a separate Premium subscription.

Absolutely! XPadite is designed to grow with your ambitions.

You can upgrade your existing subscription to another eligible plan whenever you're ready, directly through the XPadite website or from the Subscription & Plans section within the XPadite App's Settings menu.

All available pricing plans are conveniently displayed, allowing you to explore your options and choose the plan that best suits your evolving needs, whether you're using a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.

When upgrading, the unused value of your existing subscription will be credited toward your new plan, where applicable. You'll only pay the remaining difference, calculated on a prorated basis according to your current subscription and selected upgrade.

Our goal is to make upgrading simple, transparent, and seamless, so you can continue pursuing your goals without interruption.

XPadite allows you to upgrade to eligible higher-tier plans, but downgrading from an existing paid plan to a lower-priced plan is not currently supported.

Once your subscription payment has been processed, your selected plan remains active for its purchased billing period.

If you no longer wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it anytime through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, and you won't be charged for the next renewal.

We encourage you to review the available pricing plans before purchasing to choose the option that best suits your needs.

We believe in keeping our pricing and policies simple, transparent, and straightforward.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as getting a refund: we do not promise automatic refunds or a fixed refund window for payments already processed, except where the law requires it.

Lifetime Pro (and the former 3-Year Pro)

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law. The same applies to the 3-Year Pro, which is no longer sold to new customers; customers who already purchased it keep it under the terms they bought it on. Your legal rights are not affected.
