Your Privacy Choices

Understand and manage your personal information with XPadite.

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

1. Access Your Information

Most of your information is visible to you inside the App: your profile, calendar, tasks, notes, activities and time records. You can also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@xpadite.com from the address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity before we share anything, and we will tell you if we cannot provide something and why.

2. Correct Your Information

You can update your display name, first and last name, profile photo, account email and password yourself from your profile in the App, and edit or remove the content you have created. If something else we hold about you is wrong, or you cannot change it yourself, email support@xpadite.com and we will correct it or explain why we cannot.

3. Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your account yourself: in the App, open your profile and choose Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It ends your access to the subscriptions and one-time licences on that account, and cancels active recurring billing first (if that cancellation cannot be confirmed, the account is kept so you are not charged further). It removes your account and the records linked to it from our database (for example your profile, calendar and activity data, time sessions, preferences, gallery entries, reminders and journal organisation data), and removes your profile photo from file storage.

Self-service deletion does not currently remove every stored file or record: images you uploaded to the gallery, attachments sent with support requests, and the support requests themselves can remain until we remove them. To have them removed, or if you cannot sign in, email support@xpadite.com from the address on your account and we will help. Payment, invoice, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be kept where we are legally required or permitted to keep them, and some information can remain for a limited time in provider backups and logs. We do not promise that every copy is erased immediately. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Manage Cookies

The only optional technology on the Website is analytics, and it is off unless you turn it on. Essential technologies cannot be switched off because the Website needs them to work. You can review or change your choice at any time:

More detail is in the cookies section of the Privacy Policy.

6. Marketing Communications

The only marketing-type email XPadite sends is for people who joined a waitlist on the Website (such as the planned Premium plan) and asked to hear about product availability. To opt out at any time, email support@xpadite.com and we will remove you from the list.

Service emails you ask for or need, such as reminders you set, exports you request, and account or security notices, are not marketing. Reminders can be managed in the App’s reminder and notification settings.

7. Privacy Requests

To make an access, correction, deletion or other privacy request, or to raise a privacy concern or complaint, email support@xpadite.com. Requests are handled by Chirag Parikh, and we will respond within the time required by applicable privacy law.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Sale and sharing of personal information. Based on how the Website and App are built, personal information is shared only with the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy that help us run the Service, and the Website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. We therefore do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” control; if that changes we will add one and update this page.
